VOLUNTEERING... It's a way of giving and receiving

Thank you for your interest in learning more about contributing your time, talent and energy to the youth of this community. Every day people just like you break away from their daily routines to spend time with youth. Your volunteer service is highly valued. The experience, skills and enthusiasm you bring will add a valuable dimension to this organizations. Your efforts will bring enrichment to the lives of our youth and empower them to become positive role models and leaders in their communities. Volunteers can get involved in three different aspects: Special Events, Ongoing Opportunities or Projects and Workshops.

VOLUNTEER
VOICES

"I will always remember how gratefull the kids are for the help and time of volunteers." -Coach Jeff Hurst

"The relationships the kids build with staff and volunteers are astounding. You have to experience it for yourself to understand how powerful it truly is and what a difference it makes in the lives of the kids AND the volunteers." - Jenny Parker, Reading Wizards

"Anytime you can do something that positively effects the lives of others you take away the personal gratification that maybe you are doing something right, and that at least these few hours a week with the kids really did make a difference." - Benjamin Addicott, Tutor
