Where: The Boys & Girls Clubs of the Peninsula’s Moldaw-Zaffaroni Clubhouse in East Palo Alto, the 25,000 square foot youth center located on the corner of Pulgas Avenue and O’Connor Street. (2031 Pulgas Avenue, East Palo Alto, CA)
What: The evening starts with an untraditional social hour – guests will enjoy refreshments with a twist on kid-themed hors d’oeuvres while engaging in kid-activities featuring technology, art, science, athletics, music and more. Come dressed in your best play clothes! After a kid-favorite dinner, the evening will culminate with youth entertainment and an appeal to support specific club needs with a Fund-A-Need presentation.
Why: This event is an opportunity for the community to enjoy a BGCP experience. The Boys & Girls Clubs of the Peninsula serves children ages 6-18 and is open every day after school and all day during the summer. The Club provides a safe, positive and fun place where all young people can develop the attitudes and life skills they need to succeed in school, become economically self-sufficient, and develop healthy family and community relationships.
