About the program

BGCP’s Career Pathways Programs focuses on career exploration, readiness, and postsecondary education/training for our members in high school and postsecondary education. Rooted in our organizational values (Curiosity, Respect, Ownership, Ganas, Unity, Equity), the Career Pathways Programs strives to create programming and opportunities for our students to wonder why things are and explore fearlessly, to honor their community and their diversity, elevate their strengths and support the needs of those around them, and inclusively support each other to reach their goals.

Our programming at all grade levels is year-round. We take advantage of summer time to provide enrichment opportunities in the form of apprenticeship and internship experiences that can expose students to various career fields that they may pursue. This not only helps students better define their postsecondary goals but also their career interests and opportunities while also gaining professional development.

Career Hub

The Career Hub is a place to explore on your own time. Review documents, templates, samples, and videos to support with your career learning and exploration.
