We’re hiring enthusiastic, committed leaders to support our Summer 2026 youth programs across San Mateo County. Whether you’re passionate about education, youth development, or community impact, this is your opportunity to make a difference while building valuable experience.
As a Summer Youth Program Leader (YPL), you will:
Facilitate hands-on academic and enrichment activities for elementary and middle school students
Inspire and mentor youth through relationship-building and daily engagement
Develop your leadership, classroom management, and youth development skills
Foster a safe, inclusive, and fun summer learning environment
Compensation: $22.00-$25.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Locations: East Palo Alto, San Mateo, Daly City, and South San Francisco
